Best Restaurants for Spicy Food in Old Town Scottsdale

Truly an outstanding meal. The service was amazing - one of our party has a shellfish allergy and is vegetarian, which she always apologizes profusely for, and our server made sure she knew she’d be accommodated and that it wasn’t a big ask at all, it was very sweet. We did the suggested Arai Kodai meal and it was truly just an amazing experience, I’m so glad we went that route rather than ordering individual dishes. The server did ask for allergies + preferences, as well as spice level preferences, and then they brought out an array of dishes. I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite, there was not one bad dish brought out that evening. Every dish was packed with flavor, and there was a great balance between what was brought out, I felt like it really showcased the range of the restaurant. One of the best experiences all around I’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much for making us feel so at home, this experience far exceeded what I could have ever imaged.

I have visited Latha 3 times. The first time was with work colleagues, and the other two times were to celebrate family birthdays. We love the wonderful food, music, decor, and gift shop, as well as the special birthday African naming presentations. Our server, Sorayyah and Will, the general manager, were so attentive and kind to my 95-year-old mother. Much appreciated. Thank you Latha!

You’d never know you’re in downtown Mesa. It feels secluded inside and has an amazing vibe. The food was delicious. Steak and beans, key lime pie, and every cocktail we had was delicious.
