Just amazing all around. The food is so inventive and absolutely delicious. This was our second time dining at Pietramala and we were not disappointed. We ordered the beet salad, stinging nettles, focaccia, mushroom, and sweet potato and the peanut butter mousse bar for desert. Not one thing was a miss, and as others have mentioned, you'll be astounded by the fact that they manage to get so much richness without any dairy, butter, etc. As this was a return trip for us, we were able to reorder a few dishes we had previously tried - the potato, beet salad, and mushroom - and we were delighted to find that they all were not just as delectable as we remembered, but all had slightly if not very different flavor profiles so even repeats resulted in a delightful new experience for us. The staff is welcoming and friendly - attentive without being overbearing as well and almost everyone we interacted with wished my husband a happy birthday (which had been noted on our reservation) and put a candle in our desert, which helped cap off the night. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
