- DDeneenGoldDallas - Fort Worth •9 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 30, 2026My husband and I dined at Ode to Gillian last Friday evening. The food, service, and setting were amazing. Chef Eric’s recipes are works of art! His combinations of the freshest ingredients into his dishes are unequaled on the island. Every course tasted great and was presented in a beautiful manner. We highly recommend that you give it a try - it’s easily the best restaurant on the island. Be prepared for an evening of great food, awesome wine, refreshing conversation, and a memorable evening!More infoOde to Gillian$$$$• French• Venetian Road Settlement•5
