Best Healthy Restaurants in Memphis

My companion and I decided to go for dinner last minute. We needed to talk so they put us in a special room. It was great! And the food was delicious as usual. And I love that they make gf bread for me and always take care of my gluten issues as I am celiac. I highly recommend the stuffed poblano peppers! YUM!

Hailey did a wonderful job as our server. We always enjoy Folks Folly.

This was a special occasion lunch for our family. The event was fantastic from the time we entered the restaurant until we left! Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We had a variety of dishes spanning seafood to chicken. The desserts were small but all we could handle after enjoying the appetizers and entrees. We will definitely be back to this location in the future, especially for special events and celebrations.

Our server Kayla was excellent, with our steaks being cooked as ordered & tasty. Only (semi) 'complaint' is that we were not even half-way through our salads when steaks brought out, so we felt a little 'rushed', but maybe alot of their customers prefer this. We would definitely eat there again - menu variety is very good!

By far the best experience I have ever had at Coastal Fish. The food was amazing. Marley was our server and she was absolutely perfect. Great attitude and personality. I will eat there as often as I can.
