    We saw this little place in our walks up and down the beach and thought it would a fantastic spot for dinner right on the beach. And wow, did we pick well. The Winkle was great food, great service, and great ambience. The perfect last night's dinner for our long weekend in Brighton! Nice to have 0.0% beverage options, the entrees and specials were all terrific, and the real winner was the simple yet ridiculously decadent ganache dessert with bits of candied orange peel and granola. They even brought out our bill in a really cool little miniature suitcase! I wish I had caught the name of our server -- she really made it a special evening too. Can't wait to come back someday!

    Really lovely lunch with friends. We booked in advance and then asked to sit outside as it was such a lovely day which they accommodated for. Great atmosphere, great food, great service! Will definitely be coming back.
