- TTrentSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe have eaten at this restaurant many times before, because it is one of the best in Sacramento. Our most recent trip was the best experience I’ve had there. The ever-changing menu was awesome, and the bill for four was palatable. Our server, Kyle, and the bartender Vince were both phenomenal. Vince is the classic bartender, who’s knowledgeable about many spirits and specifically for me - whiskeys. So far he is 4/4 on his recommendations. When I want something new to drink and something interesting to eat - Canon is the place. The people I bring there are always impressed. Highly recommend this restaurant.More infoCanon$$$$• American• Sacramento•4.8

- CClaySacramento / Sacramento Valley •4 reviews5.0Dined on May 2, 2026This is great place to experience Omakase and it is surprisingly located in downtown Davis. Food quality is superb especially for fishes and sea urchin. Chef patiently answered my questions during the meal and well introduced the idea behind each course. Definitely will be back for a different seasonal menu in the future.More infoHikari Sushi & Omakase$$$$• Sushi• Davis•5
- YYeseniaGoldSacramento / Sacramento Valley •4 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 19, 2026The service was spectacular! The outdoor seating was delightful wish it was a little broader or tables set up different. I felt the people walking to the right of me as I sat at the table closer to the sidewalk were on top of me and my food, but it’s a part of the outdoor experience. Next time I’ll try inside. The beet salad was so fresh and delicious the pears were perfect and let me not elaborate on the grilled chicken breast! Oh my goodness so much juiciness and tenderness too! The flavor was magnificent in every bite. The pomegranate mocktail, which indeed gets a 10/10 for even being available on the menu, I’ve been sober for over a year and man this did its justice! The broccoli went well with my dish too, a bit more crunchy than expected but for a healthy choice it was definitely worth every bite! Thank you for a wonderful dinner.More infoField-n-Flame Midtown$$$$• American• Sacramento•4.1
- CcaroleenVancouver / British Columbia •2 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 11, 2026We enjoyed a recent family get-together at this restaurant. The food was spectacular --fresh, authentic, and portions were generous and easily shared. The waitstaff was attentive and accommodating, particularly since we we a relatively large party (half of whom ended up arriving late because of rainy weather and challenges with parking), And, we had two young kids in our party. It was an extra lovely touch to be greeted by the owner's parents who thanked us profusely for coming to dine with them-- such a nice reminder how important it is to support local, family-owned establishments.More infoMaydoon Restaurant$$$$• Persian• Midtown•4.7
