El Pinto uses chile from Hatch, NM, pasture raised pork from Kyzer Farms, and local grass fed beef.

    El Pinto is one of the truly outstanding Mexican restaurants in all of NM, The ambiance is superb and the outdoor venue is evening in the Land of Enchantment. Try the carne adovada plate with refritos 10/10!!!!

    The service and food is always outstanding at level five. We celebrated my husband‘s birthday, and we were not disappointed.  he had the fish entrée and I had the lamb entrée. Both were exceptionally prepared and we had leftovers.

    For the last couple of years we've been dining at Radish and Rye it has been super consistent. Quality and innovation of cuisine is really high, customer service is outstanding and seamless and it's is always a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
