Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Litchfield

I enjoy going to different kinds of restaurants throughout the year. Nevertheless, for dinner on my birthday, I always like to go out to Artisan with my wife. The food and service are always great, the vibe is lively but not noisy, and it’s a comfortable experience on a day important to me. Much to like about this place!

This was my first time at Max Downtown and I’ll definitely be back!! The food was amazing and the service was even better. They were SO accommodating with a gluten sensitivity and even have GF rolls which was a nice surprise :) Our waitress and the manager went above and beyond to make a birthday special. Thank you Max team!

Beautifully designed spaces with comfortable seating. Attentive and friendly staff. Food was delicious, especially the smoked trout dip with homemade chips. International wine list is appropriately concise and offers a variety of price points. Offerings by the glass are plentiful. I can’t wait to return!
