Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Saco

The White Barn Inn is truly an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, with beautiful seasonal decorations, especially in the fall, and lovely, dim lighting. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the service is impeccable. Everything, from the cocktails and wine to the meal itself and even the valet service, is handled with professionalism and attention to detail. You’re never rushed, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment. A truly outstanding experience from beginning to end!

Was great for the whiskey. The food is the same as downstairs. Which is great.

Such a lovely setting for a delicious and relaxing high tea! The inn was decorated beautifully, the seasonal menu hit all the right notes and the service was amazing. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning - maybe for one of the murder mystery nights!

The Lady Mary Inn and Tea House is a lovely, well maintained place in North Berwick, ME. The owner was gracious, attentive to all the guests, and knowledgeable about the Inn and the food being served for tea. Our waitperson was terrific, too. We had a lovely plate of sandwiches and scones with assorted spreads, a tiered tray with a variety of sweet treats and a pot of hot tea (our choice). My favorite was the delicious goat cheese, carrot and sweet potato on whole grain bread finger sandwich. It was nicely presented and offered something for every taste. Thank you! We enjoyed ourselves.

Our “go to” for Sunday brunch! Starting with valet parking to fabulous brunch choices to fabulous service…it’s one of the best in town!! A special shoutout to our server, John, who always takes such good care of us!
