Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only. What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it. Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop? In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday. How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

    Exquisite from start to finish. Onion beignet, lovely, unctious scallops, and the most perfectly prepared cornish hen. Thoughtfully and so skillfully prepared! Perfect wine pairing. Incredible staff. And watching Chef Adriano at work in front of the fire is a culinary theatre. We always feel so special here. Thank you Nicole, Chef Adriano, Anna and Max. Another perfect evening

    We were celebrating special anniversary and our night at Rizzo‘s house of Parm did not disappoint. The Chicken Piccata was fabulous and the Eggplant Parm was amazing. The spaghetti was cooked El Dante to perfection. Our server Mikayla was fantastic attentive and absolutely lovely. We will definitely be coming back for another extraordinary night of authentic Italian cooking Dianna and Scott - Niagara.

    This is a very nice restaurant and the food is good but I did have to still wait in line for a half an hour even with a reservation. The 30-minute wait was worth it.
