I thought we had to choose between three appetizers, but no…we got to enjoy all three for the table! Smoked fish on a baguette with pickled scallions, charred carrots with mascarpone and a fantastic cherry sauce, and a deliciously dressed radicchio salad with celery, hazelnuts, and the most wonderful blue cheese I’ve ever tasted. Food was fabulous and communal seating was so enjoyable meeting new people and having wonderful conversation. What a treat to not only meet Chef Samuelsson, but also have Chef Tom Douglas present as well.
