    Dining at Pisco y Nazca is always a very satisfying experience. The flavors of the food truly make you feel like you're in Peru. I had a Maracuyá Sour, and it was absolutely delicious. Patricia, our server, was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Visiting Pisco y Nazca is a must! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Peruvian cuisine and a wonderful dining experience.

    This was our third time dining at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Frederick since last summer. This was the busiest of them all. The bar, the outdoor dining area, and the indoor dining room were all buzzy. It was a real party atmosphere. Bar service was very good with generous martini pours and savory bleu cheese olives. Chelsea took care of us during dinner. She did a great job! The food is consistently delicious and well presented (plating matters). Mom had the three-course progression--lots of leftovers. A BLT salad was followed by a tasty roast chicken and vegetables dish. (She took the dessert home...banana pudding.) I enjoyed the Ahi tuna salad a lot. We'll definitely be back. Solid restaurant.
