- SShirleyGoldHouston •5 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 14, 2026Arturo Boada is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth finding. We had ceviche, the red snapper and grilled vegetables. The ceviche was excellent, tender & not too tangy. It was served with light, crispy corn-flour chips that were good enough to eat by themselves. The red snapper was cooked to perfection. I used to do a lot of offshore fishing, and have caught & cooked many red snapper myself, and I find it often overcooked in restaurants. Not here. The fish was moist and shiny inside and absolutely delicious. As were the grilled vegetables. Dessert was a very interesting and unique take on creme brulée; delicious and delightful. And the prices were very reasonable. Definitely on my favorites list.More infoArturo Boada Cuisine$$$$• Italian• Galleria / Uptown•4.8
