The menu looked a little uninspiring at first, but the dishes we chose were genuinely excellent. Nomad’s take on Caesar salad with daikon was incredibly delicious and wonderfully fresh. The pumpkin with warming spices and whipped ricotta was also a real treat—almost dessert-like.
We loved the soft, delicious baked cabbage with its lovely lentils, and the best confit duck leg we’ve ever tasted, served with chanterelles. The only slight disappointment was the wines by the glass, though that’s a matter of personal taste.
Overall, we thought it was great value for money. Thank you, Nomad, for a wonderful evening!
