It was pared down from the typical Sunday Brunch but still had the usual breakfast items such as: eggs to order, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, a carving station, simple salad bar, oatmeal, soup and some hot meat and/or vegetable dishes. There was also a dessert station. We sampled the beignets, warm peach cobbler, carrot cake and chocolate mousse. YUM to ALL!
