Alder & Oak is a wood-fired Aegean and Mediterranean restaurant in Jacksonville's Brooklyn neighborhood, inside HUB Brooklyn at 400 Riverside Avenue.     This Mediterranean restaurant exceeded every expectation. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, but the lamb chops were the true highlight of the meal. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, they were incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with rich flavor. Easily some of the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. The burrata was excellent as well—fresh, creamy, and beautifully presented, with flavors that complemented the rest of the meal perfectly. Service was decent.

    Sierra was a fantastic server. She was as extremely attentive & friendly! The food was outstanding as always at a Ruth’s Chris restaurant! We are never disappointed! The on duty manager, Abby, stopped by twice to check on us & ensure we were satisfied! We highly recommend this restaurant, & will definitely return when in Jacksonville next!

    We had dinner with a friend at Chart House in JAX and it did not disappoint! The raw oysters were cold, clean, and delicious. We had the coconut shrimp and the calamari appetizers, and all were great. Entrees included the filet with mashed potatoes and sea bass with lobster risotto. Great dinner, good service, and a fun time!
