    The food was absolutely incredible, with every dish explained by the fantastic staff, who were knowledgeable, passionate and happy to answer every question we had. The views overlooking the beautiful city of Melbourne were simply stunning, but what really made the experience special was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome, It wasn’t just a meal; it was a whole experience. Outstanding food, incredible views and exceptional service. An experience we won’t forget!

    Stayed at Quincy - great spot for Melbourne exploring- rooftop bar good value - food good and happy hour (2 actually) options great . Just a shame there is no Sunday bar or restaurant option at hotel
