Restaurants near Holiday Inn Express Porterville

We had three meals here while staying at the Wuksachi Lodge. Breakfasts were wonderful. Both versions of Eggs Benedict were very good. We also enjoyed the veggie and ham & cheese omelettes as well. Service was excellent. We also had dinner one of the nights. The pot roast and pork chop were very good. We also had the salmon with risotto. The salmon was fabulous. The risotto was kinda dry and cool - which was overall a minor complaint given how good everything else was. We would definitely dine here again!

5 of my group had never been before. When finished they all said it was a fun experience, with good food. They would do it again!

The food was delicious and our waitress did a wonderful job.

We hadn’t ever been to Vatos Tacos but saw they had reservations for Valentines so myself , my husband booked it for a double date with our friends. We got sat so quickly & the service was great from start to finish. Everyone was so nice. The menu was big and everything we got was delicious! We started with the quesabirria egg rolls which were insane. The chips and salsa hit too! Our table loaded up on chicken flautas, vampire tacos, birria quesadilla, a bacon burger/fries & a torta. Everything hit so good. It was fresh, delicious and flavorful! Nothing was bad. We had a few mixed drinks, also great and the dessert churros finished the meal perfectly! I highly recommend & we plan to come back quickly because there’s so much more we want to try! (Also looks like they have a stage to which Valentines night they had a band who played a great array of music from classic oldies, hits and Spanish music)
