Wir haben einen original italienischen Teig hergestellt und zu einem knusprigen Wunder verwandelt. Ganz nach Omas Rezeptur benutzen wir dafür ein besonderes Mehl und der Teig reift mit sehr wenig Hefe bis zu 72 Stunden, bevor er verarbeitet wird. Das verleiht ihm seine fluffige Struktur, mehr Geschmack und macht ihn außerdem sehr bekömmlich.Jede Pizza ist echte Handarbeit und wird mit Liebe von Hand ausgebreitet und hergestellt. Nicht immer ganz rund aber einzigartig lecker!

    Close to the station with plenty of space inside. They could even store our large bags while we were there. Great pizzas and a big salad to share - good choice of wine but I would have preferred the main beer to be German not Danish (I am from the UK). Great service and very friendly.
