The patriarch of the Murdaca family, Pietro Murdaca, opened the original location on Cernon Street shortly after immigrating from Southern Italy. In 1985, Pietro and his son Jim came to the valley to open Pietro’s of Lodi.     I like this steakhouse because even though it’s in a casino you would never know it. The food is good, the wait staff are professional but friendly and the seating is mostly booths so it’s very intimate even when it’s packed.

    We had an incredible experience at Pietro’s! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic from beginning to end. Everything was wonderful, and the staff made us feel so welcome. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy a great meal with such outstanding service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Pietro’s!

    We had such a good time! We brought out of town friends and they loved the decor and atmosphere. Our server, Rob, was attentive and personable. Our drinks came quickly and our orders followed in a timely manner. I can highly recommend the chicken pot pie. The pie was buttery and flaky and the chicken filling was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. We can also recommend the Poki salad, prime rib and mahi mahi. We shared the Apple Carmel bread pudding. It was so good!
