The word Bagatelle comes from the French and means "a trifle or a little nothing", often referring to a light, fun, yet not too serious spring time romance. The French brought their history of fine cuisine and their love of wine to the Caribbean Islands. It is in this tradition that we have combined our French heritage, southern hospitality and the indigenous tastes of the Florida Keys into the meals we prepare today. We offer casual waterfront indoor and outdoor dining at the islands oldest restaurant. Our large menu features Seafood, Sushi, Steaks, a full liquor bar and 32 Beers on tap. We have been featured on many tv shows and articles to include Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins and DIves for our unique menu and atmosphere and our active involvement in eradication of Lionfish invasive species. Manatees can be viewed from our dock daily and are loved by guests. During busy times we recommend dinner reservations a day or two in advance if you can. We serve breakfast lunch and dinner and highly recommend making dinner reservations. We are open every weekday at 11AM and Saturday and Sunday at 10AM. We serve breakfast everyday until 2pm. Happy hour is 1-5pm.

    Five starts for this outstanding dining experience from start to finish! The building is charming and full of Southern character, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive, and the food was truly a culinary delight. Every dish was beautifully prepared, however the swordfish was exceptional and an absolute must-try! Highly recommend Bagatelle for a memorable dining experience. Outstanding experience overall !!

    We had a great evening at FL Lobster & Steak House. Our reservation requested a table we enjoy and a waiter, Billy we always ask for, both requests were the start of a great dinner. There were 5 of us, and we all enjoyed meals our different meals of shrimp fra diablo, grilled shrimp, steak & potatoes, sushi rolls and a tuna poke bowl, along with fresh crisp salads. The menu has something for everyone and no one was disappointed, great food all around. Billy is an outstanding waiter and keep us all happy throughout the meal too. No complaints just compliments.

    Our server Tiffany was absolutely excellent and made our evening truly unforgettable! The food was prepared to perfection, and the drinks were just as amazing.
