Another phenomenal dining experience at Moon Rabbit. It’s a place I visit every time I’m in D.C. - and tonight’s dinner reminded me why. I had the Chef’s Tour of Vietnam, which was a multi course tasting menu showcasing modern Vietnamese food with French techniques and influences. The level of precision and appearance of each dish was matched by the equally complex and delicious flavors. The emotion and care by Chef Tien and the kitchen was evident in every bite. The cocktail and wine program are well curated to enhance the cuisine, with a nice selection of non alcoholic beverages as well. The world class service and hospitality made the dinner one to remember. I can’t wait to return!
