- MMaryanaJordan •1 review5.0Dined on Mar 11, 2026If you’re looking for the best sushi experience in Amman, Tsuki Restaurant is truly in a league of its own. The food is simply incredible. We asked the chef if he could surprise us with something not on the menu, and he welcomed the idea with such enthusiasm. What he created for us exceeded every expectation — every bite was creative, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The chef is truly brilliant. The service was just as outstanding. Khaled was an amazing host — attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about making the experience special. And of course, Mitaeb deserves special mention. He is one of the reasons Tsuki always feels so welcoming. His hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel personal and memorable. He has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. You can truly see the pride he takes in creating a wonderful experience for everyone. From the quality of the food to the exceptional hospitality, everything about Tsuki is remarkable. For us, it has become our favorite place in Amman. Best sushi in Amman — by far.More infoTsuki at Fairmont Amman$$$$• Asian• Amman•4.8
