    First time there and can’t wait to go back. Everything about it was delightful from the entry through dessert. Service was excellent and the food was so good. We had the Thai Spicy Shrimp which was delicious to start and it was enough for the two of us to share. We ordered the shaved steak sandwich and a burger. Both were flavorful and well made. Their French Fries are crispy and perfect. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Cheesecake with raspberry which was the special—amazing. The vibe is fun and lively. The only thing we didn’t absolutely love was where we sat. A top spot for a date or a party.

    Had a nice meal and a relatively quiet atmosphere. Had a newer waiter but he was attentive, cordial and easy to talk with. My t-bone was cooked perfectly and the potatoes au gratin very good. They could have been a little hotter but were still great.

    Monday night dining @ Mateo's is now my favorite time. The experience was delightful. The Service was superb. The food was hot and fresh out of the kitchen. Plus, the service was terrific.

    We visited on 5/3/26 to celebrate our 16 year old’s birthday with 2 of her friends. It’s her favorite place to eat & has been for many years. The food did NOT disappoint!! It was all phenomenal!! The gals had Fettucine Alfredo & a hot Italian roast beef sandwich. I had the special rigatoni dish w/chicken, bacon, sauteed onions, banana peppers & a truffle sauce. It was AMAZING!!!! Loved it!! Husband had a Stromboli, but said next time he’d try the meatball sandwich. Server was really good, and kept us in breadsticks & salad. Your chilled salad is always so good! The Alfredo Sauce is the best ANYWHERE! Dinner was priced well, and we all agreed the flavors & service still beats the “other commercial Italian restaurants…”!!! Excellent! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
