We offer casual waterfront indoor and outdoor dining at the islands oldest restaurant. Our large menu features Seafood, Sushi, Steaks, a full liquor bar and 32 Beers on tap. We have been featured on many tv shows and articles to include Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins and DIves for our unique menu and atmosphere and our active involvement in eradication of Lionfish invasive species. Manatees can be viewed from our dock daily and are loved by guests. During busy times we recommend dinner reservations a day or two in advance if you can. We serve breakfast lunch and dinner and highly recommend making dinner reservations. We are open every weekday at 11AM and Saturday and Sunday at 10AM. We serve breakfast everyday until 2pm. Happy hour is 1-5pm.

    Sam at the bar served us and she was so wonderful!! We had the Crudo along with chicken potstickers and Mac n cheese! Quite a combo but hit all of the points we needed! Along with Lychee martinis!! A big thanks to the manager too, he found us some wasabi!

    Overall, the food was very good - tuna napoleon appetizer and both yellowtail dishes (stuffed crab and francese, and the toffee dessert was excellent. Service was good despite being shorthanded. Other than the bartender, they only had one person (Mara)doing everything - hostess, taking orders, bringing the food out, and clearing tables. She was very friendly and did an excellent job.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Salt & Ash – An Absolutely Phenomenal Experience! What an incredible experience from start to finish! Salt & Ash truly knows how to deliver exceptional hospitality. The food, atmosphere, and service were all outstanding, but it was the people who made our visit unforgettable! A special shoutout to Michael, whose phenomenal service went above and beyond, Indra, the talented mixologist who works magic behind the bar, and Babo, the wonderful hostess who made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived! And let’s not forget the entire staff—every single person was just as amazing! Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made the evening something special. Salt & Ash has clearly mastered the art of hospitality.

    We had a great evening at FL Lobster & Steak House. Our reservation requested a table we enjoy and a waiter, Billy we always ask for, both requests were the start of a great dinner. There were 5 of us, and we all enjoyed meals our different meals of shrimp fra diablo, grilled shrimp, steak & potatoes, sushi rolls and a tuna poke bowl, along with fresh crisp salads. The menu has something for everyone and no one was disappointed, great food all around. Billy is an outstanding waiter and keep us all happy throughout the meal too. No complaints just compliments.
