    We went for the prime rib special… it was fabulous! We added the French onion soup which was the best we’ve had in a long time. Topped the dinner off with cheese cake to share 💜 It is a bit noisy because it is in the casino, but that aside, it’s a great dining experience

    Service was excellent considering the crowd - the restaurant was understaffed. Charlie, our waitress, was wonderful! There was only one bartender but he, too, was great. My husband enjoyed his Hiker’s Juice cocktail & I had Cabernet. We sat outside - happy to be able to enjoy a pleasant April evening. My husband had the sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes - comfort food. I had the blackened shrimp & ravioli. I was warned it was salty, but the Cajun sauce helped cover the salt. We haven’t found a lot of restaurants near the Hocking Hills Lodge, so I’m thankful Rock House Restaurant doesn’t disappoint.
