    Our first time to visit Chophouse and it did not disappoint! Every detail was really perfect! I ordered an old fashioned which was perfectly done and my husband had a beer which came out in a lovely tall chilled glass. For an app we ordered a colossal shrimp cocktail, amazing! The 8 ounce filet and ribeye we had for dinner were paired with blue cheese butter and the most wonderful house made bourbon peppercorn sauce (there were other sauce choices as well, but this was our favorite) and were so tender and cooked to perfection! Some of the best steaks we’ve ever eaten and that says a lot because my husband is fantastic on the grill. We shared a wedge salad with house made blue cheese dressing and we didn’t leave a crumb in that dish. We did not try dessert, maybe next time! Our waiter was fantastic as was the owner who made his way around the restaurant meeting his guests. Such a nice evening! We will definitely return!
