    We enjoyed our evening at De La Tierra. The green chile focaccia bread was delicious and the Blackened salmon dish was also very tasty. It was our anniversary and we enjoyed a wonderful treat complementary from the hotel restaurant. Our waiter was very attentive and enjoyable. We thought there could have been more entree choices on the menu, but otherwise it was wonderful - Beautiful dining room too!
