5-Star Review for Switchback Grille in Zion We had an excellent dinner at Switchback Grille and would definitely return! The three of us ordered the filet mignon, halibut, and ahi tuna, and every single entrée was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The filet was tender and juicy, the halibut was flaky and fresh, and the ahi tuna was seared beautifully. We also got the coconut risotto and creamed corn as sides and both were standout dishes — the risotto had just the right sweetness from the coconut, and the creamed corn was rich and addictive. Everything on the plate was fantastic. It’s a moderately expensive restaurant, but the quality of the food and the overall experience made it worth it. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Great ambiance, solid wine or beer options, and a memorable meal in Zion. Highly recommend!

Went for dinner to celebrate my dear friend who I was traveling with. Food was delicious and setting was exquisite. Loved how everyone knew it was a culinary experience and dressed for the occasion i.e. no hiking shorts, shoes, tshirts...nice clothes! Service was great and the restaurant had remembered to bring the pre ordered dessert with a candle for my friend's birthday. She said her meatloaf was the best she had ever had. well done for a great experience, a great service and great food! Caroline

What an enjoyable dinner! The hostess seated us so we had a perfect view of the mountain. Our server, Ying, provided excellent service and the food and wine were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!
