Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, and Trio Jazz Club in 2024, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and immigrated to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon.     Food was delicious. As an appetizer we ate the mussels, they were very good with a lovely broth. We tried the duck, walleye, and Manhattan steak. Walleye and duck were especially good. Atmosphere was cozy and warm. On the service side it seems like they are a bit understaffed and figuring it out. I will go back.

    We have eaten at Marabella multiple times and it has never failed on any level. The menu has something for everyone. Pasta, steak and fish are always fresh and beyond tasty. It's one of the few upscale restaurants that has a children's . Even though it was a dreary Wednesday evening, the dining room was full with happy patrons.

    For my wife and I, Minerva’s is our “go to” restaurant to celebrate wedding anniversaries. The restaurant’s ambience is traditional and quiet. We have always received impeccable service, the salad bar is comprehensive, and entrees are always prepared perfectly. Admittedly, Sioux Falls has other top-tier restaurants, but we keep coming back here for our most special occasions.
