It began inside a 17- foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived food truck cuisine to be we have always believed that mexican food should be MORE!     It was wonderful. The staff, the setting, the food. Some of the best flavor combinations I have ever had. There were 7 of us for a bday dinner. Some vegetarians, a vegan and meat lovers and everyone was excited and satisfied about the food. Our server was engaging and so patient with us. Perfect experience. Would highly recommend for any adult occasion.

    We were looking for a change from our normal rotation of restaurants. My husband is a chef, so there are not many restaurants that pass our “we would go back there” test. This one definitely did. The shrimp/grits as a starter set the tone. Really nice flavor and the quantity was sufficient that you could actually make it a small meal. My husband had the bison meatloaf and I had the Navajo taco(green chili pork). Both had fairly complex, and pleasant, flavor profiles. I lived near the Navajo reservation, so I am always skeptical when I see Navajo tacos on the menu. This one did not disappoint. And everything was good enough that we’re interested in trying other options on the menu. We’ll definitely go back.

    Love love love this place! It’s my third time coming since I found it two weeks ago. The food is amazing especially the breakfast Benedict and the cocktails are the best I’ve found in Utah! Hallelujah! The only thing I could complain about is the service. It’s like you’ll see a waiter about 10 minutes after being seated and then to you’ll get your drink, food, then it’s like pulling teeth to get them again! Normal high end restaurants they will come make sure you don’t want another beverage and check to see if you like the food. But obviously that can be fixed the food is 10/10 and so is the cocktails!

    Fancy Burger indeed!! My husband & I split the steak stroganoff burger and it was amazing!! Best gourmet burger we’ve ever had! We enjoyed the unique intimate atmosphere (beautiful framed artwork). Our server was fantastic! She was the only server for the entire restaurant. We felt bad for her and for the people that came thru the front door, waited to be welcomed and then left because the server/hostess and dishwasher (all one person!) was in the back washing dishes. We sure hope this restaurant takes off and becomes a must-try. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the SLC area.
