You really get to understand how hard the chef and kitchen staff work to provide exceptional food and retain their status and quality. And when they have finished the food service, the cleaning starts! Pretty much dismantled the entire kitchen, scrubbed and polished everything and, then the younger kitchen staff got to work on practicing their chopping skills and preparing food for the breakfast sitting…. In awe of their dedication, energy and the slickness of the operation!
