From its 30-foot-long fire display and keg showcase to the brightly colored walls to overhead high-definition TVs, the atmosphere is as exciting as the menu itself.
From traditional to unique burger preparations, the menu items at this Las Vegas restaurant use the freshest, quality ingredients. Beef patties are cooked over an open flame fueled by hard woods — Gordon Ramsay Burger is the only restaurant on the Strip to use this method — creating a more complex and powerful flavor.

With views above the Eiffel Tower and views of the mountains, it was such an elevated place to have brunch. It is my understanding that there are views of the Bellagio fountain, but currently, those views were obscured due to racing expected on the strip soon. That was disappointing, but out of their control. We thought the pineapple fruit boat was so beautiful. We enjoyed the traditional American breakfast. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. To be expected, you are paying for the lovely experience. The ambience was elegant. I appreciated the heating for extra comfort during cooler temps.
