We chose to celebrate at one of the finest restaurants in the city, and while we wanted to enjoy the experience, we were also mindful of staying within a budget. Meredith struck the perfect balance. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided us toward options that felt indulgent and special without pushing us toward unnecessary add-ons or the most expensive choices. Her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail allowed us to enjoy every moment of the evening while feeling effortless. What impressed me most was that she never made us feel like we were sacrificing the high-end experience. In fact, she elevated it. Her service was attentive, genuine, and personalized from start to finish. Exceptional food is important, but exceptional hospitality is what people remember, and she delivered exactly that. Tatiana surprised my daughter and me with a celebration glass of champagne for my daughters acceptance into med school. This was total surprise. In addition, we were offered a free desert. This was way beyond our expectations. This simple gesture made us huge fans and we left her with a nice tip. This was customer service at its finest.
