Tatiana surprised my daughter and me with a celebration glass of champagne for my daughters acceptance into med school. This was total surprise. In addition, we were offered a free desert. This was way beyond our expectations. This simple gesture made us huge fans and we left her with a nice tip. This was customer service at its finest.
