We tried different entrees this time and were not disappointed. My sister had the beef medallion special. I had the beef bourguinion and my husband had the frisée salad with smoked salmon. We ate everything! For dessert we had cheesecake and chocolate mousse. Cocktails were exceptional as well. Service impeccable. With views above the Eiffel Tower and views of the mountains, it was such an elevated place to have brunch. It is my understanding that there are views of the Bellagio fountain, but currently, those views were obscured due to racing expected on the strip soon. That was disappointing, but out of their control. We thought the pineapple fruit boat was so beautiful. We enjoyed the traditional American breakfast. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. To be expected, you are paying for the lovely experience. The ambience was elegant. I appreciated the heating for extra comfort during cooler temps. It was nice to walk around in shop inside The Paris afterwards. Lovely! Would highly recommend.More infoCheri Rooftop$$$$• French• The Strip•4.6
