That also goes for our vendors. We’re not just local because of who owns the kitchen. We buy our fresh ingredients from local purveyors and farmers, too. It’s our way of giving back to the same economy that keeps us going.

While we do think it is a bit expensive so we do not go super often, every time we do go we are reminded why we love it so much. The service was once again great and our meals were fantastic. My favorite dish is the empanadas (delicious) and my husband got the short rib and he loved it. Our server was so kind and immediately asked if we had any allergens which we so appreciate as we both do. We sat outside and it was a bit cooler so I was worried about being cold, but the outdoor heaters were the perfect temp and kept me warm. Overall amazing meal, cannot wait to go again. Gives us hope for the young adults coming after us. The food is always well prepared and presented, and is uniformly delicious. The environment is "True Paseo" which is great but not what you could honestly grade as 5-Star. That never stops us from eating at Picasso as often as we like.
