Unser Restaurant liegt in einer der ältesten Gaststätten von St. Pauli und steht für eine moderne Autorenküche, in der lateinamerikanische Aromen auf zeitgenössische kulinarische Ideen treffen. Das Menü umfasst vegetarische, vegane, Fisch- und Fleischgerichte sowie eigene Interpretationen von Klassikern wie Ceviche und Crudo – ausgewogen zwischen süß, sauer, mild und pikant.
Hinter der Küche steht Küchenchef und Inhaber Cristian Orellanus, ausgebildet in Chile bei Paulo Russo und Alain Guillon, mit anschließendem Masterabschluss am Basque Culinary Center. Seine Laufbahn führte ihn durch Spanien, Italien, Portugal, Frankreich, die Schweiz und Deutschland.
Wir arbeiten mit einem Sharing-Konzept für ein lebendiges Miteinander am Tisch.

Zwischen Reeperbahn und Hafen, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten auf St. Pauli gelegen, geht’s hier ausdrücklich entspannt zu – gmiatlich eben. Der St. Paulianer wird hier genauso glücklich wie Schnitzel-Spezln aus aller Welt. Und ‘nen g’scheiten Kaiserschmarrn gibt’s freilich auch.
