Led by Executive Chef Hamish Watt, Queensland’s Chef of the Year 2026 (QHA Awards for Excellence), and Head Chef Harry Ng, the menu celebrates seasonal produce, with fire used to char, smoke and enhance the natural character of each ingredient. Locally sourced produce and herbs from the restaurant’s own garden bring a distinctly Queensland sense of place.
Dine from the seasonal à la carte menu or experience the six-course degustation, complemented by an award-winning wine list recognised with Two Glasses in the 2026 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards.

The food was impeccable; however, we did feel there could have been a little more savoury food, such as finger sandwiches, as two plates of sweets felt like a little too much. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend treating yourself to the ‘High Tea’.
