Guests can also enjoy a selection of Jazushi’s beloved offerings, creating the perfect balance of innovation and tradition. Owner and Head Chef Yutaro Takashima brings over 20 years of experience and a passion for authentic Japanese cuisine. Co-owner Yuki Ishikawa (Jazushi Surry Hills, Ichoume Darling Harbour) complements this with his expert curation of wines and cocktails to match each dish. Their gnocchi pesto is on point and their pizza is simply delicious. Tiramisu is my all-time favourite and I always enjoy it with a glass of Chianti. We have only been to a small handful of Kbbq places, but this was definitely one of the best. Servings were on the small side, sides were very tasty. The prices for the meat was on the high side but it was good quality. Service was great, treated us very well with lots of smiles.
