The environment, service, and food at Umi Sake House are consistently superb. I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the team, who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. Our server, Saul, was incredibly attentive and accommodated all of our requests throughout the evening; he even went so far as to verify ingredient labels in the kitchen to ensure my specific needs were met. I was also deeply impressed by Krystal, who remembered my dietary restrictions from a previous visit and had clearly communicated them to the rest of the staff, allowing for a seamless meal without me needing to repeat myself. Additionally, Jerry, who previously served us as our bartender, took the time to personally greet us and express his gratitude. This level of attention to detail and genuine, personalized care makes Umi Sake House a truly standout dining destination that I highly recommend.

Incredible food and our waiter provided exceptional service full of great meal recommendations and his great attention to detail for the customers.. The view is amazing and it created a beautiful evening and dining experience.

We had an outstanding experience. We had a 5:30pm reservation for a party of 4 & were seated at a table indoors. We had the "Peak" dinner option & added the black cod kasuzuke entree. Our server was incredible. He had great energy, gave us wonderful recommendations for wine/sake, made sure we were happy with each course & "full" before he served us our final course. The food was impeccable. Every course was a wonderful experience, but the nigiri & the black cod were standouts. The ambiance was down-to-earth: quiet enough to have a comfortable conversation across the table but not stuffy. The staff were all very warm & welcoming. We cannot wait to go back. 5/5 across the board.

We made a bit of a last minute reservation based on Trip Advisor rating and proximity to our hotel. We were treated so well by everyone from the “greeter” who seated us to the chef who personally came out to answer a question we had. Our wait staff person was outstanding: she knew the menu well and made perfect recommendations for us. We shared several things - the way to go - ending with the salmon entree. It was unbelievable as were the fried green tomatoes. We will probably go back for lunch if we can!! One of our very best dinning experiences and we are pretty tough to please. Highly recommend….
