Beautiful restaurant, outside seating was perfect. Our server was efficient and friendly. Food and drink was delicious, made our anniversary very special.

After our previous visit, we decided to give the Ivy Asia Cardiff another chance, and we are so glad we did. This experience was completely different and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel like genuinely valued guests. A special mention goes to Pat, who was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering recommendations when we asked and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her exceptional service completely turned around our previous negative service experience. The food was outstanding as always. We enjoyed the cucumber, asparagus, and avocado rolls, prawn tempura rolls and rainbow rolls to start, followed by aromatic duck salad and chicken curry. Every dish was so full of flavour that we found ourselves complimenting the chef after every mouthful! We finished with jasmine tea, and I should mention that non-alcoholic cocktails were so tasty and refreshing, especially in that hot day! This visit reminded us why the Ivy Asia has such a great reputation. Our sincere thanks go to the chef for the incredible food and, most importantly, to Pat for making us feel so welcome and ensuring we had such a memorable time. She truly transformed our impression of the restaurant and its services, and we can’t wait to return.

Had a lovely visit to Forage Farm for my friend's birthday. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and we were lucky to have beautiful weather. Our table overlooked the farm, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the Thai pork skewer, steak ciabatta, poached pear, and lemon balm posset. The pork skewer was juicy and perfectly seasoned - the flavours were well balanced and not overpowering. The steak ciabatta was also very good, with tender steak and a satisfying combination of flavours. For dessert, the poached pear was light and not overly sweet, while the lemon balm posset was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back to try more dishes next time. Highly recommended!
