Noah’s is nothing short of amazing. Drinks at the bar were terrific, Mike the bartender as extremely friendly. Had dinner at the supper club. Ambience was superb. Adam, our waiter was simply the best. The food was out of this world, each dish was beautifully executed . We cannot wait to return for another memorable evening. Thanks to all.

Do not overlook this restaurant when you're in the Lake George region in NY. The entire experience was excellent from the greeting to the dessert. The menu selections are varied and contain both unique offerings and among the more conventional items (steaks). More than sufficient wine and liquor list. The interior is subtle Adirondack and the sound level was low enough to have a conversation but there was enough background so other conversations didn't interfere. We began with two starters: clam chowder and Jamaican shrimp. The chowder was very flavorful, plenty of clams, and had the right consistency (not thick like house paint). The shrimp was grilled perfectly with a jerk spice that was very tasty. For dinner, my wife's lobster-stuffed ravioli and lobster tail were quite good. My seared poppy-encrusted tuna was perfect. For dessert we split a banana cheesecake. It was quite enjoyable considering I don't really like bananas (my wife does). On top of all of this, this is the place where the staff makes you really feel appreciated. They're glad you're there and it shows in the service.

We have stayed at this hotel and dined at Charlies before. Food is outstanding and cocktails are made to perfection. Our last visit was for Easter and a belated birthday dinner for my wife. This Hotel and this restaurant have some very special people working at a perfect location for a Lake George getaway! When we arrived, Brendan was the bartender and he recognized us from before and remembered our choice of cocktails! Thanks to some planning by Nikki, Trish, Shelbyan and Janice, the was 2 birthday cards and a vase of flowers on our table! Can you imagine? Busy people on a holiday weekend took the time and extra effort to make Maureen's birthday very special! Hospitality is more than a word! It's taking pleasure in delighting your guests. And in addition to fantastic food and drinks, that's what the crew at Charlies is all about. We cannot thank you enough. And, of course, we'll be back!

This was a dining experience that will not be forgotten and we very much look forward to experiencing again. Five stars across the board! Service, atmosphere, and most importantly the food. Executive Chef Scott Dewar is incredibly talented and a master at balancing flavors. This is farm to table at its very best!
