#ad Amada just revamped their beverage menu and I was invited in to check it out. We went on a Sunday and definitely had ourselves a funday! We started out with the Gintonicas, which had a ton of Spanish Gin and tonic pairings. The Galicia was so fun with the raspberries and pink peppercorns! But I couldn’t resist the Tónica Amada, where you could pick and choose your garnishes from the restaurant’s rotating selection. The wine list is also not to be missed - there are so many options and we couldn’t resist getting a glass of Cava! The Gintonicas paired so perfectly with the Tapas menu that Amada is known for. For the main event, we opted to pair the Valenciana Paella with two of the signature Sangrias. Joey loved the fresh citrus flavor of the Rosé, while I could not get enough of the apple in the White. And since no meal is complete without dessert, you know we had to get the Chocolate Ganache and the seasonal Flan with peaches and cream. And what is dessert without some cocktails to go with it, so we ordered the Spanish Espresso Martini and the Banana Carajillo. I know for our next visit, we’re bringing the whole squad so we can order the Queimada Punch, which is a tableside, made-to-share punch experience that I NEED to try! If you haven’t been to Amada in a minute, take this video as your sign to go. When you check out Amada’s new beverage menu, do not skip the Gintonicas, & be sure to tell ‘em PFAB sent ya! Multiple locations, but we went to: 📍555 E. Lancaster Ave Wayne, PA 19087 📍 Thank you for having us @amadarestaurants !! #pfab #phillyfoodandbarrs

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to celebrate Galentine’s Day with your squad, you have to check out Amada. For $50 per person, you get a four course shared plate experience that is basically the best girl dinner you’re ever going to have. The menu is: First Course: Soria - Gently Seasoned Chorizo Queso Manchego - Truffle Lavender Honey Tortilla Española - Potato & Onion Omelette Second Course: Albóndigas - Lamb Meatballs, Manchego, Sherry Foie Gras Cream Patatas Bravas - Spiced Potatoes Croquetas De Jamón - Ham Croquettes Third Course: Brocheta De Pollo - Chicken Brochette, Almond, Labne Fourth Course: Ganache De Chocolate - Chocolate Ganache, Olive Oil, Chocolate Wafer, Hazelnuts They also have two cocktails and a tail specifically for this Galentine’s Day menu, and when I tell you we were OBSESSED with the High Heels, we LOVED every single drop. This was an amazing night out with some of my favorite ladies, and you definitely have to round up your squad for this special menu. When you go to Amada for Galentine’s Day, get a round of High Heels for your friends, & be sure to tell ‘em PFAB sent ya!! Multiple locations but I went to: 📍555 East Lancaster Avenue St Davids PA 19087📍 Thanks so much @amadarestaurants for the perfect Galentine’s with some of my besties

My birthday is this month and I really wanted to treat myself, so my bestie and I went to Amada in Radnor. Right on the main line, this location is so convenient and the interior is absolutely stunning. Brunch here is defintely one of my favorites - from the Charcuterie Boards, to the Garlic Shrimp, to the Crab Benedict, EVERY SINGLE ITEM is a 1000/10. Dessert is a must and the Carajilo Classico is one of the best cocktails I have had in a longgggg time - you GOTTA TRY IT!!! When you check out Amada for your weekend brunch, grab the Charcuterie Board for the table & be sure to tell ‘em PFAB sent ya! 📍555 East Lancaster Ave Lower Level 100 Radnor PA 19087📍 Thanks so much for having us @amadaradnor !!!
