I feel fortunate to be able to finally visit La Dame De Pic London, because I have long admired Anne-Sophie Pic’s brilliance at balancing her originality and creativity beautifully with her family heritage (not an easy thing to do). I am also glad I came, because having tried La Dame De Pic in Paris, it’s not often that an outpost abroad here is in fact better than its country of origin in France. Indeed, it is a real shame that this restaurant will be closing soon (the last service is on 15th Feb - I recommend getting your booking in pronto to not miss this amazing experience). La Dame De Pic London is far superior to Paris in terms of quality of food, warmth of service, attention to detail and knowledgeability of the team. Every effort was made to ensure I felt at home, and I learned a great deal about the level of craft and creativity that went into each of the dishes. The food itself is outstanding, infused with Anne-Sophie’s signature elegance and lightness, as well as unexpected yet delightful ingredients on the senses, such as foraging favourites like Douglas Fir with squid and chartreuse, an umami wonder broth of dashi and hojicha, or the most succulent lobster cooked to perfection with green geranium and fresh wasabi. Her signature berlingots, which I originally found on the bland side in Paris (and overly verdant), was full of flavour here in London, with smoky cheese in an imaginative bright sauce that felt like liquid sunshine. Every dish is exquisite in presentation, imagination and flavour. Without a doubt one of the best gems in London with great service and brilliant team to boot. I sincerely hope that Anne-Sophie Pic will one day return to London once more.

The location and decor were good & comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. However, the menu is "take-it-or-leave-it" multi-course of great blandness. It was difficult to tell the difference between fish and meat - and pudding! Rather pretentious and ultimately tasteless. Horrifically expensive (£700 for 2) - more expensive than the Ritz. Typically for London the wine list was staggeringly over-priced. Unsurprisingly the place was empty. There is a Cote Bistro on the corner of Trinity Square - try that instead. Very disappointing.

Très bel endroit , restaurant dans un palace , la déco est sobre toutefois un peu comme une brasserie. Très bon service et personnel adorable, entrée et plat excellent, en revanche le dessert était fade, dommage .. je reviendrai pour les saints Jacques !

Beautiful room with private seating in a gorgeous hotel. Food excellent with helpful and attentive service. Special tasting menu at £65 3 courses fantastic value for money for such high quality food. Loved the beetroot starter, artichoke main and amazing mille feuille desert. Will definitely return.
