Never got to eat. When we arrived, was told an hour wait to get seated (with reservation) and an hour wait for food. Gave phone number to be notified and never got a text.

Didn’t get a chance to dine in . Book reservations week prior . The wait time was 1 hour to be sat then 1 hour so receive food. Store should have not been able to book if reservations didn’t matter

We didn’t actually get to eat there. I made a reservation for 645 and assumed that since we had a reservation, we would be seated shortly thereafter. We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our reservation time to a full waiting area and then upon check-in were told it would be an hour before being seated and an additional hour before we would receive any food. Given that I had my five-year-old son with me waiting two hours to get our food would not have been acceptable. We were told this was due to the kitchen being backed up because the store had taken too many reservations. So someone should have turned off the reservations at some point. Normally have a very good experience at this red lobster, but we’re very disappointed with this time.

It was Valentine’s Day. I’m not going to come on here and complain. Busy night. Staff did the best they could.

They don’t know the reservation’s job. They know how to take reservations, the don’t know how to hold a reservation. The food and wait staff is superb. I dont think they handle reservations very well and I know I’m not alone. Waited 2 hours past our reservation time.

It was the worst restaurant experience by far and I'll never return. They were accepting reservations even after they knew it was short staffed. Our reservation was at 545, we weren't seated until almost 7. Our food was served at 830 pm. When it finally came the lobster looked black like it had been on the floor and was all shriveled up, not white and fluffy like it's supposed to be served. The butter in my shrimp scampi tasted spoiled and it was cold. The manager was nice and took 20 dollars off the bill. Like why keep taking reservations when you cant take the people you have already. Almost 20 people walked out before us.

We had reservations for 4:45, we were sat a little bit sooner but no one told us we’d wait over an hour for our entrees and that we would pay almost $200 for 2 scallops and a mid lobster boil. I could have gotten more for less at a seafood boil restaurant. Just last week I had a seafood boil consisting of crabs, mussels, scallops, shrimps, potatoes, eggs, etc and didn’t pay more than $70. I was wondering why I had stopped going to Red Lobster and yesterday reminded me exactly why I won’t go back.

Our food was not good. We had twin lobster tails that were very tough. My rice was very dry and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were very stale and not warm. The service was very slow and my wife got her coleslaw after our meal was over. We dine in Whitehall quite often and this dinner, has got us thinking whether to return.

Had a reservation for 7 and we were not seated until 8. Bartender and our waiter were excellent! Loved the Margarita flight.
