Top Chef Sushi is an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant. This little corner bistro is brightly lit with neon signs and has floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping all the way around the restaurant, letting in plenty of natural sunlight. Top Chef Sushi uses only the freshest ingredients and gets its fish in fresh every single day. Top Chef Sushi doesn't just do raw options like sashimi, nigiri and sushi. Appetizers options include edamame, miso soup, seafood soup, and an oven-baked tuna pizza. An alternative to these starters are the a la carte nigiri and sashimi options where guests can purchase tuna, salmon, yellowtail and other fish individually to get their meal started.

Ok first if you are looking for the restaurant Top Chef Sushi you wont find it. The name on the establishment is Fast Eddies and it is basically a bar with some tables and chairs. Two of us ordered Sushi and received one plate. I was waiting for mine for about 10 minutes then got up to find our server and she said my order was on his plate too! I then asked for a plate so I could take my sushi off of his plate. The wasabi was tasteless. Sushi actually not bad. We asked for desert and after waiting 15minutes I got up again to find our server (she was also the bartender) and asked for a check! Would not recommend this place or go back there again.
