Outstanding food, great service from friendly staff, will definitely be returning

Great service, great atmosphere, great food and very tasty.

When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and professional she acknowledged that we were celebrating a special birthday and the excellent service continued throughout our visit from each member of the staff. The menus were varied with plenty of choice for each of our party. Our drinks and food order were taken quickly and the food was delicious especially the Crème Brûlée. Overall a wonderful meal in a lovely restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.

Faultless Visit, Lovely setting and attentive Staff. Food was Excellent, All courses were amazing. I couldn’t rank them 1-2-3. The Soufflé is always the Best and the Creme Brûlée was probably the best I have ever Had too.

A Hidden Gem, 10 mins from Selby in a beautiful rural village, this place really sets the bar. The Staff so so accommodating, and genuinely nice (not forced at all). They have tables in the bar area, restaurant area or you can even sit outside on the picnic benches, cabins or under the Tepee tent. Although we had a booking, service time was spot on. We had a pleasant drink outside, before sitting in the bar area for our meals. I had the fish and triple cooked chips (The fish was better and bigger than any I'd had at the seaside), my partner had the pie of the week (Cornish). We were served complimentary warm bread and olive oil/balsamic as an appetiser. Service was quick and we didn't feel rushed at all, even though the place was starting to fill up. We will certainly be back for more another day.
