- FFrankGoldUtah •31 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our second time dining at Book Club Bistro, and it just keeps getting better. The space is absolutely charming—an intimate speakeasy vibe with art‑deco touches that make the whole experience feel special. Entering through a bookcase is such a fun, whimsical detail that sets the tone right away. Our server was fabulous: attentive, friendly, and on top of every detail. The cocktail presentation was unforgettable, arriving tucked inside a book like a hidden treasure. Our appetizer was outstanding, and both the salmon entrée and the salad were spectacular—fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The surprise dessert was equally incredible and the perfect finishing touch. We will return again and again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique, delicious, and delightfully themed dining experience.More infoBook Club Bistro$$$$• Bistro• St. George•4.9

Discover Southwest Utah
Southwest Utah is a region of great beauty and excellent cuisine. You may come for awesome attractions like Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, but you'll want to stay for the food. Start off with a freshly made salad including baby greens, diced apple, jicama, pomegranate, roasted cremini mushrooms and Marcona almonds, all dressed with Utah cider vinaigrette. Gear up for an entrée like chicken breast stuffed with Granny Smith apple, mushrooms and Brie cheese served over a rich cream sauce. As befitting a region favored by lovers of the outdoors, more casual options, like burgers, wraps and pizza, can also be found at local diners and quick-serve restaurants. Don't forget to enjoy a tangy teriyaki chicken burger made to order with avocado peelings, grilled onions and a thickly sliced tomato.
