Always a good experience. Our go to/favorite one. They have new item on the menu but we stick to our regular food. The servers are friendly.

Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Five stars. We had a 5 PM reservation before a show at the Sphere and the timing was perfect — attentive service without ever feeling rushed. The salmon teriyaki was excellent, the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly, and the ginger/avocado/cucumber roll was surprisingly good and very fresh. Great atmosphere, polished service, and an overall outstanding experience.

L.A.'s wildly popular Sushi Roku is in the Forum Shops @ Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. With it's critically acclaimed Modern Japanese fare and Zen-like atmosphere, Sushi Roku is a favorite among both locals and visitors. Reservations are recommended.

We started our business in 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Las Vegas area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we've managed to become masters of the craft. Providing re-imagined Japanese Omakase in a five courses format. There are three courses to choose from, and we also have options for meat eaters and kids.

We serve Omakase menu at 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8 and last seating is at 8:30pm. Then after 9pm, we will be switching to a Izakaya drinking spot with Japanese tapas menu. Please come join us!

I had an amazing experience at Omakase Kyara. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and every course was full of flavor and attention to detail. A special thank you to Lily for the outstanding service — she was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and memorable. Her recommendations were excellent, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. If you’re looking for high-quality sushi and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend this place.

Yellowtail is one of our go-to’s at Bellagio. Sushi is always fantastic and never disappoints. Not a big fan of their rolls as they’re huge and contain a ton of rice, but their sashimi, nigiri, and crab handrolls can’t be beat!
