About the restaurant
Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

went on 6/21 with a 6:30 rsvp for 5 and when we arrived with a party of 6(3 year old). he was pretty rude to my wife saying to her that your rsvp was for 5 and can’t guarantee seats which i can understand. i would have had her seat on my lap but it was his tone of voice which we felt like were not going to seat you period. It was a gentleman. We were very appreciate of the rest of the staff and the food was great for the value.

Great! Just great. AYCE BBQs are not bad but the quality of meats in this restaurant are so superb including desserts and other plates. Cold noodle was so good, too.

I love Nobu! It’s my favorite restaurant! Highly recommend. Everything from the drinks, black cod miso, sushi, and of course the yellowtail jalapeño sashimi. It’s so much more for me try but I will always recommend. The dessert was delicious ( Pot De Crème). ❤️🤍❤️🤍

I took my boyfriend here for a celebration and wanted to look for a high end sushi place in Vegas. I am so happy we went here. They gave us great recommendations and they took in my note of it being my boyfriend’s birthday and gave us something complementary for the celebration. Everyone was so nice, attentive and very inviting. We will be back!
